Kathi Irvine, Principal
Kathi has partnered with clients since 2003 to support business growth and employee development in organizations. Kathi’s approach involves system wide improvement and planning which includes what she believes is the most important aspect of the process: organizational and individual self-analysis and reflection. Primarily, Kathi focuses on organizational change, team and leadership development and knowledge transfer.
In addition to working with individual clients and organizations, Kathi is an instructor with Langara College (Continuing Business Studies) and The Banff Centre (Leadership Development).
Kathi’s work is influenced by the lessons learned from numerous educational institutions in both Canada and the United States. Formally she has earned a Masters Degree of Social and Applied Sciences (Leadership) and a certificate in Dialogue and Negotiation.
